Best known as the falsetto singer and guitarist in The Beach Boys and Brian Wilson Band, Jeffrey’s pipes and reputation have earned him the title of “The Voice of Choice” for artists and luminary producers like Dan Was and Michael Lloyd. Paul McCartney, referring to Jeffrey, said: “He is an extremely generous and great musician.” Brian Wilson says, “Jeff is one of my favorite singers.”

As a friend, voice and musical director, Foskett stood by Brian’s side as he brought Pet Sounds to the stage and Smile to completion. Jeffrey spent the better part of 2012 back in the familiar role of hitting the high notes on The Beach Boys 50th Anniversary World Tour, to rave reviews.

As a recording artist, Foskett has released several solo albums, one of which (Thru My Window) was touted as “The best Beach Boys album they never recorded.” His endless vocal range can be heard on every cut of The Beach Boys’ 2012 release: That’s Why God Made the Radio, which put them back in the Top 10 once again.

With a worldwide fan base, Foskett has won numerous awards including “Top Selling Artist of the Year in New Zealand” and “Best New Foreign Artist in Japan.” He has also received 40 Gold and Platinum Record Awards for his vocal contribution.

In addition to The Beach Boys/Brian Wilson teams, Foskett has toured and recorded with other legends in the music industry such as Paul McCartney, Barry Manilow, Heart, Eric Clapton, Jimmy Page, Jeff Beck and Ringo Starr.

Jeffrey has observed and absorbed from the masters who have called on him in the studio. He now brings an incredible skill set and sensibility to the artists that produces, including: Micky Dolenz, America, Harry Shearer, and Bill Medley.

Like a fine wine, Jeffrey’s voice has gotten even better with age. As a producer, artist, songwriter, musical director and mentor, this man is in his prime. Jeffrey Foskett is, indeed, The Voice of Choice.

Since 1980 Jeffrey Foskett has been one of the driving voices behind The Beach Boys concerts and Brian Wilson. As a member and musical director of The Beach Boys from 1980 through 1991, Jeffrey has performed before millions of fans in some of the largest events and venues in Rock and Roll history. Some of these include: Live Aid, Farm Aid, LIVE 8, Command Performances for the Queen of England, four U.S. Presidents, and the Prince of Monaco. Jeffrey was on stage for the famous Beach Boys 4th of July Concerts on the Mall in Washington DC and Philadelphia that drew millions of fans and this past 4th of July appeared with Brian Wilson to a world wide television audience of 80 million.

Jeffrey's musical career started like many others, when on February 9, 1964, he witnessed the epiphany for many rock musicians: The Beatles on the Ed Sullivan Show. Asking for a guitar for his birthday the next week, his parents obliged the eight year old Jeff, and he began performing immediately. Jeff led many different bands throughout his middle school and high school years; the first band of note was The Pranks, a group founded by Jeff, Randell Kirsch, and Bo Fox in the late 1970s. The Pranks enjoyed a large following throughout California and the West Coast. With the success The Pranks were enjoying, this encouraged Jeff to write original music on a regular basis.

Jeffrey left The Pranks to join and tour with The Beach Boys. Having performed worldwide in the years with The Beach Boys, Jeff left the group in 1991 and concentrated on his solo career. Since then Jeff has written, arranged, produced, performed and recorded ten original CDs, many of them enjoying chart success in Japan, Austral-Asia and Europe. Jeff co-wrote the #1 song "The Mystery of Moonlight" with Chicago's prolific songwriter Robert Lamm and Jeff's song "FISH" was #3 in Japan. He has had two other top ten hits in Japan and New Zealand where he has performed to crowds of 10,000+.

Jeffrey Foskett has been a close friend and peer for decades whom I respect immensely for his incredible voice and musical sensibilities. Our band, America, has worked with and sang with him in every capacity from live touring together with The Beach Boys since the 70’s, to recording beautiful background vocals on many of our recordings, to actually occasionally filling in for band members if needed. He is a great vocal arranger and seems to effortlessly add beautiful vocal parts to any song. I particularly marvel at the work he did with me on the Brian Wilson song, “Caroline, No”, for our Back Pages project in 2012. There are precious few singers who equal the voice of Jeffrey Foskett.
